1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are not accepted. All purchases are final and non-returnable.
- We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchase.
2. Replacements & Exchanges

Within 7 Days: If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bezome.com, including your order number and issue details.
We may request photos or videos to verify the concern before approving a replacement. - After 7 Days: Any product issues arising post the 7-day window will be supported under our warranty policy.
3. Accessories
- Eligible for replacement only in case of manufacturing defects, reported within 7 days of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- All items sold are final sale.
- This includes:
- Gift cards
- Customised or made-to-order products
- Discounted, clearance, or display items (unless defective)

Return & Refund Policy for Pillows and Cushions
The Bezomè Comfort Collection is covered under a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery, applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or damages occurring during transit.
This policy applies exclusively to Bezomè pillows and cushions products.
Manufacturing defects eligible under this policy include, but are not limited to:
- Open stitches
- Sagging more than one inch
- Torn or damaged
- Fabric defects such as discoloration, weaving faults, or holes that affect product functionality.
- Defective zippers or closures
- Loose threads or finishing defects affecting product quality
The policy does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper handling, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper storage, exposure to moisture or heat, pet damage, or natural wear and tear over time.
Bezomè reserves the right to inspect and determine whether a claim qualifies under the 7-day return and exchange policy. Eligible products may be approved for a return or exchange at our discretion.
Return & Exchange Exclusions
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 7-day policy period or under the following conditions:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading, discoloration, or minor appearance changes that do not affect product functionality.
- Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, incorrect storage, or failure to follow the provided care and usage instructions.
- Damage resulting from external or man-made factors such as excessive rubbing, immersion in water, forceful impact, or misuse.
- Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired without authorization.
- Claims where the information provided during registration or purchase verification does not match the actual product.
Important: To process any return or exchange request for Bezomè pillows and cushions, an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package is mandatory. Claims related to missing items, damaged products, incorrect products, or delivery defects will not be accepted without a clear unboxing video. The request must also be raised within 7 days of delivery.
This policy is applicable only to the Bezomè pillows and cushions range.
Bezomè reserves the right to inspect and determine the eligibility of all return and exchange requests.
