At Bezomè, we take pride in offering a smooth and transparent delivery experience across India. Here's everything you need to know:

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
  • Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (if available in your area)

Delivery timelines may vary based on the delivery pin code, product availability, or national holidays.

3. Assembly & Installation

  • All Bezomè products (including chairs and furnishings) are delivered in semi-assembled or DIY-ready condition.
  • Assembly service is available only in selected cities, as per our published pin code list.
  • For all other locations, we provide:
    • Easy-to-follow DIY assembly videos
    • Illustrated photo guides
    • Remote customer support for troubleshooting

4. Delivery Coverage

  • We ship to every city and town across India.
  • For rural or remote areas, extended delivery timelines may apply.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are auto-calculated at checkout based on location and cart value.
  • Free shipping may apply to specific products or offers.

6. Tracking & Support

  • A tracking ID will be shared upon dispatch.
  • You can track your package through our courier partners or by contacting support@bezome.com.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or your order is missing, please report it within 7 days of delivery. We'll assist with a replacement or resolution as per our return policy.
