Bezomè’s 18-month limited warranty covers:
- Reclining Mechanism – the mechanism enabling chair recline.
- Hydraulic Gas Lift – the component allowing seat height adjustment.
- Wheelbase – the base structure providing stability and support.
- Armrest Mechanism – mechanical parts allowing movement of armrests.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage to armrests, footrests, or mechanisms caused by incorrect use.
- Alterations or modifications made by the customer.
- Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, or use beyond the intended purpose (residential or commercial).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Minor imperfections such as scratches, stains, or fading that do not affect functionality.

- Submit proof of the issue with images/videos and attach the purchase invoice.
- Bezomè will evaluate the claim based on the information provided.
